2010 Season
Welcome to the official site of the Stamford Bocce League. The 2010 season successfully kicked off regular league play on Monday, May 3rd and Tuesday May 4th.

Bocce fever is catching on and we are pleased to annouce that we have a full roster of 32 teams this year. If you were unable to get your team in this year, we apologize, and hope that you will try again next year.

Key Notes:
  • The Team registration fee is $250, checks payable to Stamford Bocce League.

  • Mid season, all teams will be participating in the Al D'Elia tournament. The schedule will reflect this.

  • The post-season tournament will consist of the top 16 teams. Tournament play will be bracket-style single elimination (similar to Big East). Winning 2 out of 3 games will be required to move on to the next round.
General Information
The City of Stamford has eight lighted bocce courts at Scalzi Park located on Bridge Street. League play occurs throughout the summer months.

The Stamford Bocce League men's division games are played on Monday and Tuesday evenings beginning at 7:45 PM. Rain dates are typically scheduled on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Women's division games are played on Thursday evenings.

In addition to regular season play, the league also sponsors a tournament honoring a senior member of the League. The current tournament is the Al D'Elia Cup, and is played mid-season by all registered teams.

If you are interested in more information, please drop us an email at info@stamfordbocce.com.
